Carnation Court Garage Robbery

Sometime during the night of August 10th, 2015 unknown suspects entered an open garage on Carnation Court in Chatham and removed 3 adult bicycles, three cases of beer, rollerblades, fishing equipment, a pair of running shoes, several CD’s and a shovel, all totalling over $2000.

Molotov Cocktail Thrown At Home

On Friday July 31st at approximately 1:40 am members of the Chatham-Kent Police and Fire departments attended a home on Albert Street in Wallaceburg for a fire. It was quickly discovered that the fire was the result of a Molotov cocktail device that had been thrown at the home causing approximately $500 in damages.

Vandalism at Lally Kia Chatham

On Friday June 19th, 2015 at approximately 4:20 am unknown suspects threw a large rock through the west side showroom door of Lally Kia on Richmond Street. The rock also smashed the window of a vehicle inside causing over $4000 in total damages. The suspects then entered the property and left a short time later without removing anything.

Park St Home Robbery

Sometime over the first weekend in July unknown suspects entered a Park Street home by smashing a rear window. Leaving Scene Of An Accident

On Thursday June 25th on Grand Avenue East near Michener Road a three vehicle collision occurred. Unfortunately, one of the vehicles left the scene and failed to report the accident. The vehicle is described as a bluish-grey older model full size pick-up truck.  The truck should have front end damage.  The driver had a grey beard. 

Wade Street Attempted Home Robbery

On Friday June 12th, 2015 at approximately 11:15 PM the resident of a Wade Street home heard a small tap on the front door. When he answered the door he saw two male parties dressed in all black, wearing ski masks. The suspects entered the home and demanded the victim’s medications.

Trees Stolen From Chatham Nursery

Morpeth Riding Lawnmower Stolen

Sometime during the early morning hours of June 1st, 2015 unknown suspects entered a garage on Hill Road in Morpeth. Once inside the suspects removed a John Deere riding lawnmower with a 54” deck. The owner was able to provide the police with the mowers serial number so the mower can be identified.
